The Zone
The Zone Developed by Dr. Barry Sears, the Zone is considered a healthy lifestyle plan by its loyal users. The key element of this celebrity diet is choosing the right combination of foods. More specifically, one’s daily intake of calories should be 40% from carbohydrates, 30% from proteins, and 30% from fat. Long-term, this results in burning more fat, increasing energy levels, curbing the appetite, and losing weight. The Zone encourages you to eat small meals at least six times a day. This programs the body’s insulin levels, and trains it to burn fat, and lose extra weight. This celebrity diet has famous fans like Jennifer Aniston, Renee Zellweger, Elle McPherson, Sandra Bullock, Cindy Crawford, and Sarah Michelle Gellar. They have helped make the Zone a household name. While you can follow the plan on your own, by cooking Zone-friendly recipes and monitoring your intake of carbs, proteins, and fats; you can also opt to have pre-packaged Zone-approved meals and snacks delivered to your home each day. This celebrity diet makes it a great option for the movie star and the soccer mom alike.

organic food- is it way too expensive?
just because they are grown without the use of conventional pesticides, artificial fertilizers, human waste, or sewage sludge, and that they were processed without ionizing radiation or food additives, is it right to price these foods at an outragous price. food is and shud be grown organically.
