Power yoga, the fitness mantra of Bollywood beauties and a brand completely owned by Moksh-The Wellness place New age fitness gurus and yoga teachers who train Bollywood stars say the benefits of power yoga - a fast-paced and strenuous variant of the traditional Indian fitness technique - are indeed rewarding. Power yoga and fitness consultant Leena Mogre, who has trained the likes of Katrina Kaif, Kangana and Sameera Reddy among others, says celebrities are increasingly getting hooked to power yoga. "Most celebrities go for power yoga, which is a dynamic form of the art. They are getting inclined towards it because the benefits are beautiful and it has spiritual, meditational and overall advantages," Mogre told IANS.

Sprint training
Sprint training is becoming a popular way to train for elite as well as recreational exercisers because it works. Recent studies of sprint training with cyclists showed greater cardiovascular results in less time. In fact, one study found that just six sessions of four to seven all-out thirty-second sprints (with four minutes of recovery between sprints) could be as effective at improving cardiovascular fitness as an hour of daily moderate-level aerobic exercise. The subjects in one study showed an astonishing 100 percent increase in endurance capacity (from 26 minutes to 51 minutes) versus the control group who showed no change. In another study by the same researchers, subjects improved their cycling time trial performance by nearly 10 percent in the two weeks.

eating healthy while on the go
in todays fast life there is no one who can stay out without unhealthy food,however is would be nice if someone could suggest types of small quick bites,especially for those who travel a lot??

Cardio Tips
I hv a 6 days schedule..i alternate between weights & cardio,but during the weights session i still end wt a bit of 3 mins treadmill workout....is it perfect to work on a treadmill post workout or its suggested to start with it....i am talking about treadmill on non cardio days...just intense treadmill workout....pl suggest...
